Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking any travel services through us.
By accessing our website, using our services, or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or services.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
When you make a booking with us, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate.
Your booking is confirmed when we issue a booking confirmation and invoice. At this point, a binding contract between you and us comes into existence. Please check your booking confirmation and invoice carefully and contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect or incomplete.
To secure your booking, we require a deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due no later than 60 days before your departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods as specified at the time of booking. All payments must be in the currency specified in your booking confirmation.
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold travel services at any time. The price of your confirmed travel services may be subject to increase due to:
We will absorb and you will not be charged for any increase equivalent to 2% of the price of your travel services. You will be charged for the amount over and above that. If this means that you have to pay an increase of more than 8% of the price of your travel services, you will have the option of:
Should the price of your travel services decrease due to the changes mentioned above, we will deduct any administration costs from the refund. There will be no change made to the price of your confirmed travel services within 20 days of your departure date.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including:
We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure to carry the correct and adequate documentation.
We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, personal accidents, and loss of belongings. Your insurance should cover the cost of repatriation if you become ill or have an accident. We may ask you for details of your policy at any time.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. You should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you travel. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit enough to participate in the travel services you have booked.
We expect all clients to have consideration for other people. If in our opinion or in the opinion of any other person in authority, you behave in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause distress, danger, or annoyance to any third party or damage to property, we reserve the right to terminate your travel arrangements with us without notice. In this situation, our contractual obligations to you will terminate and we will not be liable for any refund, compensation, or any additional costs you incur.
If you wish to change any part of your booking after our confirmation has been issued, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Where changes can be made, these will be subject to payment of an administration fee, as well as any costs or charges incurred by us or imposed by any of our suppliers.
If you or any member of your party cancels your travel arrangements at any time, written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The cancellation will take effect from the day we receive this written notification.
Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown below:
Note: Certain travel arrangements (e.g., flight tickets, some accommodation providers) may be non-refundable. In such cases, a higher cancellation charge may apply.
It is occasionally necessary to make changes to the travel services we provide. Most changes are minor, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If a major change becomes necessary (such as a change of destination, a change of accommodation to a lower standard, or a change of departure time of more than 12 hours), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible before your departure.
In the case of a major change, you will have the choice of:
We reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements in any circumstances, but we will not cancel less than 60 days before your departure date, except for force majeure, failure by you to pay the final balance, or because the minimum number of participants required for the travel arrangements has not been reached.
If we are forced to cancel your travel arrangements, you will have the choice of:
We will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by "Force Majeure". For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Force Majeure means any event beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include warfare and acts of terrorism, civil strife, significant risks to human health such as pandemics or epidemics, natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions, fire, industrial disputes, and technical problems with transport.
We will accept responsibility for the travel services we agree to provide or arrange for you as an "organizer" under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, as set out below and as such, we are responsible for the proper provision of all travel services included in your package, as set out in your booking confirmation.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, if we or our suppliers negligently perform or arrange those services and we don't remedy or resolve your complaint within a reasonable period of time, and this has affected your enjoyment of your package holiday, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or compensation or both.
Our liability, except in cases involving death, injury, or illness, shall be limited to a maximum of three times the cost of your travel arrangements. Our liability will also be limited in accordance with and/or in an identical manner to:
We will not be responsible or pay you compensation for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other claim of any description if it results from:
If you have a complaint during your travel, you must inform our local representative or contact our customer service team immediately. If they are unable to resolve the problem, you must contact us in writing within 28 days of your return, providing your booking reference and all relevant information. We will use and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. We incorporate our Privacy Policy into these Terms and Conditions.
